I adore food. Mealtimes are the happiest times of the day for me. They offer a chance to slow hectic schedules down, commune with family, and fill bellies with the tastiest of treats.
I truly believe every opportunity to eat is an opportunity to celebrate. I believe in colorful, healthy meals that are wickedly simple to prepare, and full of flavor so wondrous that it talks my kids right out of being picky.
