How about a big bowl of edamame? Super healthy and fun to eat if you serve them still in the shell.
For something more filling, you could also try hummus (we prefer the kind without tahini, there's a recipe on tastebudding if you search for hummus) and cut up pita and veggies into strips for dipping.
Yogurt is always a good option, with fresh fruit and/or granola layered in to make it pretty (see yogurt parfait recipe.)
