Ingredients

6 medium sized golden delicious apples

Instructions

1. Wash and peel all the apples. Cut the apples into small, one inch slices.
2. Put all the apple slices into a microwave safe dish and cover. Cook for five minutes.
3. Let cooked apples stand for a few minutes, then cook a second time for give minutes. If apples can be easily pierced, they are ready.
4. Place apples and any juices into a blender or baby food processor and puree to be smooth.
5. Spoon puree into ice cube trays and cover.
6. Freeze until use. When serving to baby, defrost the amount of cubes you need (can be warmed also).
