A healthier version of devilled eggs, these creamy snacks bring together classic farm flavors in a magnificently kid-friendly way. Eggs, ham, fresh-garden green onions...what's not to love about this simple, protein-packed snack?!
6 eggs, boiled
1/4 c. plain yogurt
2 T. ham, finely diced
1 t. scallions, diced
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Fresh crushed pepper
Slice eggs in half and remove yolks. In a medium bowl, combine yolks, yogurt, ham, scallions, salt and pepper. Spoon the combined filling back into the egg halves.
